Membership in this Service is conditional upon acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, statements, and disclaimers contained in this document and elsewhere on this website, collectively referred to as the "Terms and Conditions" ("TAC").

By submitting a membership application on this website or using any services provided by this website, you agree to be bound by and comply with all terms and conditions of this TAC.

If you do not agree to our TAC (which includes our Privacy Policy by reference), you must immediately terminate your account according to the instructions provided on this website. OPINIXO has the right to terminate the service at any time with two weeks' prior notice. 3. Service Description

The OPINIXO membership program operates as a survey panel for individuals ("Members") who voluntarily register on this website. Members may participate in provided surveys, which are associated with the service and operated by OPINIXO or third parties. Members have no right to participate in surveys or receive invitations.

4. OPINIXO Reward System

According to provisions where members may receive rewards for valid (under this TAC) completion of specific surveys, they may receive invitations to participate via email. Invitation emails may include specific information about possible rewards.

However, in certain cases, if a survey no longer exists or the member is unsuitable for that survey for any reason, the member may be redirected to a similar but different survey with rewards. The member has the right not to participate in these surveys.

If survey results contain invalid and/or untrue information, the member will not receive rewards. Untrue and/or invalid information may result in membership cancellation.

Members can cash out rewards after accumulating rewards reaching the withdrawal threshold of 40.00 HKD. Member payments are limited to one transfer per day, with an amount of 40.00 HKD (Forty Hong Kong Dollars).

Rewards cannot be transferred to other members or third parties.

In addition to surveys, members can also participate in game-based activities in the "OPINIXO Arcade". These activities are powered by third-party SDK (adjoe Playtime) and involve reaching in-game milestones to earn rewards. Milestone and reward information is displayed directly in the Arcade interface. Virtual rewards earned through games are automatically converted and credited to the member's OPINIXO account in real currency, subject to the same conditions and payment thresholds mentioned above.

5. Membership Conditions

The operator of this website may change, and OPINIXO services, including your data, will be transferred to the new operator. You hereby explicitly consent to accept potential future operator changes. OPINIXO will notify you via email about any operator changes before data transfer, and you will have the right to object to such transfer as stipulated in our privacy policy.

You hereby explicitly consent to receive email messages from OPINIXO.

OPINIXO reserves the right to send you email messages at any time that do not contain survey invitations and may not enable you to earn rewards. These messages may include system updates; administrative notices; special requests, etc. OPINIXO has no obligation to provide you with any specific number of reward-earning opportunities or to send you messages.

As a condition of your membership, you declare and guarantee:

1. You are at least 18 years old;
2. You use a unique email address;
3. You are a permanent resident of China;
4. All information you provide is complete, true, and accurate;
5. You understand and agree that if your account is terminated due to your violation of this agreement, any accrued OPINIXO reward points and pending or unpaid rewards will be forfeited, and you will lose the right to participate in the program, including any current offers or rewards.
6. You understand and agree that reward eligibility conditions will be announced separately outside this TAC and are subject to the official terms of the survey presented to you;
7. You understand and agree that OPINIXO will not be responsible to you or any jurisdiction for any taxes or any loss of benefits resulting from the distribution of OPINIXO rewards;
8. You may not have more than one account on this website *;
9. You must inform OPINIXO of any changes to your personal information, especially changes to your email address, as rewards will be sent via PayPal to the email address specified in your account profile;
10. You will keep your account username and password information secure and will not allow others to access your account. If you suspect a security breach, you will immediately notify OPINIXO;
11. You will not use any automated means including scripts, spiders, web robots, bots, crawlers, or similar for participating in surveys on this website, earning OPINIXO reward points, or any other activity.

OPINIXO may, at its discretion, reject any new membership application from anyone for any reason. OPINIXO reserves the right to terminate a member's account if the member provides false or misleading membership information or otherwise violates this TAC.

To the extent permitted by law, except for all injury to life, body, or health and in cases of gross negligence or legal grounds independent of fault, OPINIXO, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, derivative, or punitive damages arising from the following, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if OPINIXO has been advised of the possibility of such losses):

• Use or inability to use the service;
• Use or reliance on any information posted on the website;
• Costs of substitute goods and services purchased or transactions entered into resulting from any goods, data, information, or messages received through or due to the service;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Statements or actions of any third party regarding the service; or

SPLENDID RESEARCH GmbH or its successors shall have no obligation to issue rewards related to or resulting from misuse or abuse of the website, or to issue such rewards to anyone providing false or misleading personal information.

11. Termination

Member Account Suspension

If your email address is invalid or unusable, we will suspend your account for 30 days upon discovering this issue. During the suspension period, you will be able to access your account, but you will not receive survey invitations or any other emails until we re-verify your email address. To change your email address, you must contact our support department and provide your previous and new email addresses.

Membership Termination by User

You have the right to terminate this agreement between you and OPINIXO at any time for any reason without prior notice. Termination can be easily performed by deleting your member account. In this case, you will have no right to request OPINIXO to restore or reconstruct any of your content. If you terminate your membership, you will lose any pending or unpaid rewards due.

Termination of Agreement Regarding Free Services by OPINIXO

OPINIXO has the right to terminate any contract for the use of its services with 30 days' notice. In this case, you will be notified via email.

Termination for Important Reasons

OPINIXO's right to terminate this agreement and membership for important reasons remains unaffected. OPINIXO may invoke important reasons, particularly when you fail to comply with or violate important terms of this agreement. In this case, OPINIXO has the right to exclude you from access to any services currently and in the future provided. In this case, OPINIXO will delete your member account, including all content therein, to the extent permitted by law.

OPINIXO specifically reserves the right to terminate your membership without further notice in the following cases:

• Your account has been suspended for more than 10 months;
• You use the account to send chain letters or mass emails;
• You implement or engage in illegal pyramid or multi-level sales and direct selling;
• You implement or engage in pornographic or harassing communications that violate the protection of minors and personality rights;
• You use OPINIXO to publish extreme content or content that infringes or violates the constitution.
• You circumvent technical security measures;
• You spread viruses and/or malware;
• You copy parts or all of the services;
• You copy parts or all of the services;
• You participate in parsing and/or automated reading of software, directories, data, or content provided by OPINIXO services;
• You create, share, publish, or integrate external applications or other unrelated content in OPINIXO services.

If OPINIXO terminates your membership, you will lose any pending or unpaid rewards due. Once your membership has been terminated by us, you will not be eligible to re-register at any time in the future.

12. Intellectual Property

All pages and content of this website and related surveys, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, video, photos, surveys, logos, or other materials, are the intellectual property of OPINIXO and its licensors, business partners, and affiliates or are licensed for use by them, including all trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets contained therein. Without OPINIXO's prior written consent, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, create derivative works, reprint, display, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way any content on this website.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
